6. Payment Terms
By agreeing to these terms, you authorize FitGurl Mel Inc. to charge your payment method for subscription fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable and due at the start of each term. Late payments may result in account termination. Users are responsible for taxes and applicable third-party fees.
Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancellation:
Cancel anytime by messaging us through your account or emailing [email protected]. Fees owed through the term end are non-refundable.

7. User Contributions and Content
You retain ownership of submitted content but grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use it. Feedback submitted is voluntary and may be used without compensation.
8. Good Samaritan Policy & Complaints
We do not tolerate illegal or harmful content. Report violations to [email protected]. We reserve the right to remove content and investigate claims without obligation.
9. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to the Services and related intellectual property. No ownership is transferred to Users.
10. Copyright Policy

18. Termination

Severability:
